Description

The Maintenance Project Manager ensures the comprehensive maintenance and optimal performance of the T9 engine.
This role is responsible for operational planning, resource forecasting, and service execution, acting as the single point of contact for all maintenance activities.
You’ll oversee both routine and corrective work, manage internal and external service teams, and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality maintenance that drives system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for T9 engine maintenance, from planning to execution.
  • Manage operational plans and forecast materials and field service resources for short- and long-term needs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all maintenance projects, coordinating routine and corrective work.
  • Provide technical content, time schedules, and cost-efficient plans for each project.
  • Oversee service execution by internal teams and third-party providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review quality assurance documentation in collaboration with relevant functions.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS, contractual, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with interregional and cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex maintenance projects in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Strong background in operational planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance processes and best practices for industrial gas engines (T9 series preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external contractors.
  • Skilled in technical troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiar with quality assurance standards, compliance requirements, and EHS regulations.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management systems, digital tools, and interpreting technical documentation.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
